Ellie ran the acquisitions team for Cove Communities for two years in which he and his team acquired 25 properties for over $1.525 billion. These included both manufactured housing and RV resorts primarily in the Southeast including the sale of a nearly $1 billion portfolio acquisition of 5-star communities across Florida. In his role with Gelt, Ellie launched the Happy Homes brand and supervised new acquisitions and day-to-day operations, as well as building relationships with brokers, lenders, and residents. While at Gelt we purchased 8 properties for $52,000,000 and in 3 years sold the portfolio for $69,625,000. The portfolio consisted of properties in California, Nevada, and the Eastern time zone.

Isaac Davis

Isaac Davis is the majority owner in Davis Land Group, a partnership founded in February 2018. In the period since its founding, Davis Land Group has acquired ten RV and manufactured housing communities in Arizona and Texas, comprising over 400 units with a purchase value exceeding $10,000,000. His focus for the partnership is to continue stable, steady growth by selectively acquiring properties that fit the partnership’s very specific business model and developing and overseeing investor relationships. Additionally, Mr.Davis also owns four personal properties: a primary estate in Phoenix, a second residence in FortWorth, Texas, and two undeveloped raw land properties in northern Arizona.

Prior to 2018, Mr.Davis spent 8 seasons in Major League Baseball for various clubs, totaling over $14,000,000 in earned salaries. He attended Arizona State University before being drafted 18th overall by the New York Mets in the 2008 MLB Amateur Draft. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Sean Ratliff

Graduated from Stanford University in 2009 with a degree in Economic Sociology, before going on to play and coach for almost 10 years in the New York Mets organization where he met Ike. Sean has worked in the property management field since early 2019, helping to facilitate the company’s expansion into the Texas market. Sean also recently became an active Texas real estate agent. Sean currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Lexi.
